MORLEY BEER FESTIVAL & FAMILY FUN DAY
2021 DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON
Morley Village & Sports Hall is home to the successful Morley Beer Festival & Family Fun Day which takes place every year (except 2020 of course) on the Derek Daniel’s Playing Field (a 5 acre sports ground).
It has developed over the past seven years to be a premier Norfolk Festival with Great Bands, Good Food, plenty of activities and lots of Beers & Ciders.
BANDS & ACTIVITIES
There have been some exciting and popular band & activities over the years.
Bands have included:
The Vagaband, The Sherringham Shantymen, Cawston Brass Band, DixieMix, Blakeney Wild Rovers, Memphis Index, Tallulah Goodtimes, Agent Orange, Coronation Kings, The Lovin’ Handful and Serena Grant………
Activities have included:
Circus Show and Workshops, Archery, Fun Field, Arts and Crafts Workshops, Bubble Workshop, Face Painting, Body Art, Hair Braiding and Nail Art……… as well as a number of stalls selling a wide variety of goods for young and old alike.
THE BEERS, CIDERS & COCKTAILS
At Morley Village (near Wymondham, Norfolk), there are usually between 20 and 30 Beers and Ciders to choose from at our annual Beer Festival & Family Fun Day.
Breweries, mostly from Norfolk, have included:
Wolf Brewery, Buffy’s Brewery, Chalk Hill Brewery, Golden Triangle, Grain Brewery, Norfolk Brewhouse, Panther Brewery, Salle Brewery, Crones Cider, Fat Cat Brewery, Beeston Brewery, Elmtree Beers, Harleston Cider and Norfolk Cider………
Other Tipples have included:
Vanvino provided Norfolk gins and rums as well as Prosecco and numerous other cocktails.
THE SCRUMPTIOUS GRUB
To complement the beers and ciders etc there is a range of foods for most pallets.
The food is provided by a number of specialist vendors and has included:
Burgers & Hotdogs, Pulled Pork Rolls, ice creams, freshly baked Pizzas, donuts and other cakes & nibbles.

The date for the 2021 Morley Beer Festival and Family Fun Day is still to be confirmed and is subject to Coronavirus restrictions.
